The town of Georgetown is the County Seat of Sussex County Delaware. The
County Seat was moved from Lewes to Georgetown around 1791 in order to make
a more centralized location for those doing business in the western parts of
Delaware.
Along with appraising the town of Georgetown, and all areas outside of town,
there are many communities, neighborhoods, and planned unit developments
that we service.
The following are known communities, but our appraising services are not
limited to known communities as new developments are built everyday.
