Milford Delaware was settled by Henry Bowan in 1680. Milford is located on
the edge of Sussex and Kent County Delaware, and just west of the Delaware
Bay.
Along with appraising the town of Milford, and all areas outside of town,
there are many communities, neighborhoods, and planned unit developments
that we service.
The following are known communities, but our appraising services are not
limited to known communities as new developments are built everyday.
