Millsboro Delaware is a small town located at the tip of the Indian River.
It is believed to have been established in 1792. Growth in the area has been
rapid in the past five years with many new developments sprouting up.
Along with appraising the town of Millsboro, and all areas outside of town,
there are many communities, neighborhoods, and planned unit developments
that we service.
The following are known communities, but our services are not limited to
known communities as new developments are built everyday.
