The town of Milton was first settled by English Colonists in 1672. The town
is located on the Broadkill River just west of the Delaware Bay. Named after
the poet John Milton, this small town is just north of many major Delaware
resort areas.
Along with appraising the town of Milton, and all areas outside of town,
there are many communities, neighborhoods, and planned unit developments
that we service.
The following are known communities, but our appraising services are not
limited to known communities as new developments are built everyday.
