Seaford was first settled in 1672, and is located on the Nanticoke River.
The area of Concord located just east of the town, was originally the main
trading point for all goods in western Sussex County until the railroad came
thru.
Along with appraising the town of Seaford, and all areas outside of town,
there are many communities, neighborhoods, and planned unit developments
that we service.
The following are known communities, but our services are not limited to
known communities as new developments are built everyday.
