The town of Selbyville is located on route 113 just above the Delaware-Maryland state line, but the town limits extend all the way down route 54 to Fenwick Island. It is along this stretch that the most exciting developments are happening. There are new water front communities sprouting up along the Assawoman Bay, and one of only two Jack Nicolas signature golf course communities in Delaware.
